You are home to me

Here's a layout featuring my little Tucker, love my pup!  I no longer live at home so I truly enjoy these moments I do get with him.

Love this paper from Maggie, I cut it in half and used both sides, love the colors and that handwritting.

I used the inspiration for embossing the Heidi Swapp letters from Wilna's video on Two Peas.

A close up of the watercolored die cut hearts and that little paper clip star from Two Peas by Freckled Fawn.

Another close up of the dimension created by the hearts.

You are my sunshine

I had a lot of fun putting together this layout.  I cut a bunch of hearts out of white cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo and created a layered effect.  I placed them all down with hot glue and just started layering and love the dimension it creates.

For the background I used gelatos and let it drip in parts to create a beautiful watercolor look.  I added a few enamel dots to the ends of the drips in the same color family.

I used the Dear Lizzy and Amy Tangerine roller phrase stamps above and below the photo.

I used the sunshine printable and clipped it with a pink clothespin above the photo along with an arrow and camera shape clip.

Close up of the gelato drips and some of the stamping.

There's no place like home

I know it's summertime but I still scrapped a photo from December.  This is the view from our back windows of the house and it's what I see everyday.   I just see this and it feels like home.

Here's a view of the full layout.

Love those glitter thickers from American Crafts and a beautiful stamp from Ali Edwards.

Inspired by Kristina Nicolai White

I love this little spread in my project life album but can't take credit for the beautiful design.  Thanks to Kristina Nicolai White for the amazing idea.  I luckily had a lot of the supplies so I used some of the same as Kristina but changed a few of the pockets.  Make sure you stop by Two Peas and see her video here.  Hope you enjoy.

Here's the full spread with some printables and lakeside collection items.

A closer look using enamel dots on the Summer Memories card to list a few lovely sentiments from the Dear Lizzy stamp.

A few stickers from My Mind's Eye with some splashes of October Afternoon sprinkler in lemon drop.

One perfect day

Loving this layout I created that was inspired by Wilna's layout here.  I loved Wilna's use of the Dear Lizzy rbbon and started there.

Here's a full look at the layout.  I used the Dear Lizzy Stamp and the Amy Tangerine Stamp to create all the little phrases on the ride side above and below my picture.  I love the messy light and dark black ink with the phrase stamps, such fun.

This vellum arrow was from a past Studio Calico kit.  I used the stamp in the kit with versamark ink and embossed it in the Zing Gold Metallic and absolutely love the effect.

I used these beautiful flowers from the Amy Tangerine sticker pack and love the watercolor effect they have.

Just another view to see the dimension of the whole page.

All that glitters is gold

This layout is one of shiny gold.  I have never been a gold fan and seriously have been in love with all the gold elements in scrapbookin lately...go figure.  I love that scrapbooking can force you to get away from your comfort zone sometimes and experiment with new things.  I love the gold foil paper on this layout and really wanted it to be a main point so I didn't add much embellishing on the right side so I didn't take away from the paper.

Here's a full look at the layout.  I also added three little chevrons that I embossed with Zing Metallic gold, love the gold!

I always try to take my pictures in the sunlight to capture the best photos and you can see the sun just making the gold shine here, love that!  I added a cluster of embellishments over the right corner of my picture.  A Freckled Fawn paperclip, an Elle's Studio tag, a little tidbit from October Afternoon with a sentiment with the Dear Lizzy stamp, and a die cut with my cameo that I watercolored

Here's a close up at the dimension of the labels all along the left side.  I used one line of stitching to adhere all these little labels down, using a mix of Elle's Studio and some My Mind's Eye.  Oh and of course, a brad from October Afternoon.

Moments

I was on a good creative kick this past weekend and had such a fun time creating this layout.  Hope you enjoy and get inspired!

A full view of the layout.

A close up of the Maggie Holmes paper used for my journaling, the beautiful flower rub-on and sticker by Amy Tangerine.

A close up look at the paper strips on the left side along with some ink splatters and my title.  I used the Jacques & Gilles Font and cut it with my cameo.  This font is not good to cut with your cameo at least at a small font size.  So I cut it anyway and used the somewhat outline and went over it with my Precision pen in black and love how it turned out.

Here is a close up of he rub-on flower that I painted with gelatos.  I had such fun with these and definitely encourage you to try them if you haven't yet.

Thanks for stopping by and following along, it means a lot <3
